Tissue repair is one of the best-studied areas in peptide science. The molecules that recur here — BPC-157, TB-500, KPV — are structurally unrelated, but they are studied for the same reason: they act on processes that play a part in repair, such as cell migration, new vessel formation and the regulation of inflammatory signalling.
Most of this work is preclinical. Cell culture and animal models form the basis of nearly all published literature in this area; clinical studies are rare and small. That is not a shortcoming of the research but a feature of the stage it is at, and it is why we supply these substances solely as laboratory material.
