Returns policy
All products are supplied exclusively for laboratory and research purposes.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Please notify us of a withdrawal in advance via the contact page.
Exceptions
For reasons of quality assurance and the nature of the products, opened products, products with a broken seal and reconstituted products are excluded from return. Once opened, they can no longer be guaranteed for research use.
Return procedure
Once approved, return the unopened product by post. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is demonstrably defective or was delivered in error.
Refund
After the returned product has been received and checked, the purchase amount is refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.
