Shipping policy
All products are supplied exclusively for laboratory and research purposes.
Delivery area
We ship throughout the European Union. Orders are shipped lyophilised and discreetly packed.
Lead time
Once an order has been processed, the usual delivery time is 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium, and 2–5 business days elsewhere in the EU. Delivery times are indicative and may vary by destination and carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the destination within the EU.
Track & Trace
Every shipment is issued a Track & Trace code so you can follow your order through to delivery.
