1. For laboratory research only

All products offered by HEALTHYPEPTIDES are intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory research. These products are not approved for use in humans or animals, unless stated otherwise in the product documentation.

By placing an order you confirm that you will use the products solely within a professional research setting, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in your country of residence.

2. Buyer qualification

HEALTHYPEPTIDES sells exclusively to:

• Researchers employed by a recognised institution or company
• Laboratory staff with relevant professional expertise
• Students working under the supervision of a qualified supervisor
• Companies and institutions using peptides for R&D purposes

Private consumers purchasing the products for personal use fall outside the target group of HEALTHYPEPTIDES and may not place an order. By completing a purchase you declare that you meet the criteria above.

3. Not medicinal products

The peptides and research substances offered by HEALTHYPEPTIDES are not approved medicinal products within the meaning of the Dutch Medicines Act or the European Medicinal Products Directive (2001/83/EC). They have not been assessed or approved by the EMA, the FDA or any other supervisory authority for therapeutic use.

These substances are not intended to:

• Diagnose diseases or conditions in humans or animals
• Treat or cure diseases or conditions
• Prevent diseases or conditions
• Affect the physiology of humans or animals

HEALTHYPEPTIDES accepts no liability for use of the products outside the intended research setting.

4. Buyer obligations

The buyer is personally responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the country of use
• Correct storage and handling of the products in line with the supplied specifications
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with research substances
• Informing all laboratory staff involved about the nature and risks of the substances
• Obtaining any permits or authorisations required for the use of the substances

5. Age limit

HEALTHYPEPTIDES products may be purchased only by persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order you declare that you meet this age requirement.

6. Liability

HEALTHYPEPTIDES excludes all liability for damage arising from:

• Use of the products outside the intended research setting
• Use of the products in humans or animals
• Incorrect storage, handling or application of the products
• Acting in breach of the provisions of this research policy
