Synergistic blend of CJC-1295 (without DAC, a GHRH analogue with a shorter half-life) and Ipamorelin (a selective GH secretagogue). Together they produce pulsatile GH stimulation without a significant cortisol or prolactin response.
This is a blend of two peptides that, in the literature, act at different points in the same signalling chain. CJC-1295 without DAC — also called Mod GRF (1-29) — is a shortened GHRH analogue that engages the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue acting on the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a).
The reason the two are studied together is that they are independent routes to the same cell. The 'no DAC' variant lacks the drug affinity complex group that extends the half-life of CJC-1295 to days; without it the action is short-lived, which in research is used to approximate the natural pulsatile pattern rather than a sustained elevation.
Ipamorelin was described in 1998 as the first selective secretagogue of its class: the original paper noted that release of cortisol and prolactin was barely affected, unlike earlier molecules in the same group.
Neither component holds a marketing authorisation as a medicine. We supply the blend as a lyophilised powder, solely as laboratory material for in-vitro research.

Lyophilised and unopened, the peptide is kept cool, dry and dark. Brief exposure to room temperature in transit is normal for the powder, and is precisely why it ships in this form.
The literature generally uses bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. Once reconstituted the solution has a limited shelf life and belongs in refrigerated storage. Exact conditions vary by protocol; we prescribe none.
